Filter-based multimode microplate reader
FLUOstar® Omega is a multimode microplate reader with 6 detection modes. It uses an ultrafast UV/vis spectrophotometer or filters for absorbance as well as high sensitivity filters for all other detection modes. FLUOstar Omega is the ideal plate reader for life science applications.

The upper heating plate of the annealing chamber operates at a temperature 0.5°C higher than the lower plate. This prevents steam build-up on the lid or sealing gasket.
