Rox – Passive Reference Dye

The passive reference dye can be added to fluorescence-based quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays to compensate for non-PCR related variations in fluorescence. Product comes in 10 vials of 100 μL. 1mM for controlling the final dye concentration.
