Objectively analyze your frying oil
Do not rely on your personal opinion – this can be extremely subjective and may lead to uncertain results. New oil is sometimes quite dark in color. Conversely, sometimes the old oil is clear and odorless, but is no longer suitable for frying. With the FOM 330, you get clear values with high repeatability and complete reliability.
Reduce your costs
Frying oil is also often changed too soon due to concerns that the oil is no longer good enough. However, the limit prescribed in most countries for polar compounds – measured in %TPM – can be achieved without concern. With the FOM 330, you are always in a safe zone. A simple and effective measurement
The “next step” is clearly displayed on the screen: dip, stir, read – complete, which helps the user without much thinking. If the basic settings do not or rarely need to be changed, the one-button version of the FOM 330 is recommended. Since there is only one on/off button on the machine, your kitchen staff only see what they need to know.

The FOM 330 measures polar compounds in oil in %TPM and then displays the results clearly on the screen. In the version just released to the market, a large signal light also evaluates the measurement results according to the traffic light principle: green for new oil, yellow for usable oil, red for unsuitable oil. The signal is visible in all directions, thus not only to the user but also to everyone present.
Easy calibration and adjustment
A highlight of the FOM 330 is the option to adjust for the type of oil you are using. The measurement results are therefore even more accurate than before. With the optional CO 220 standard oil, which can be used even at room temperature, you can check the performance of your device at any time.
Complete set of equipment
You receive the new FOM 330 as a complete set in a convenient and easy-to-clean carrying case. Closed handle shield protects you from heat and oil splashes during measurement. The built-in strap ensures a secure grip and prevents the unit from accidentally falling into the fryer. With clear documentation, there is a smart manual describing step-by-step instructions, which will explain it to the user in an easy to understand way. Of course, the device also comes with a calibration certificate that provides proof of operability. The reservoir provides space for all components including the standard oil option.
330 FOM SET
The FOM 300 Food Oil Monitor is delivered as a set, along with a protective handle and a carrying case.
Protective handle protects from heat and oil splashes. Plus, the back strap provides a secure grip, so there’s no danger of sliding the appliance into the fryer. The carrying case is easy to clean and provides storage for the FOM 330, documents and optional CO 330 reference oil.
